On May 2, 2023, in the presence of the Director of the Career Development Center at the University of Zakho, Ms. Berivan M. Ahmed, a workshop on “Design Thinking” was presented by Mr. Hani Mohsin from The American University of Kurdistan (AUK).

The workshop is the first step towards a larger project that consists of selecting 21 students from different departments to work together to find a solution to a problem in Kurdistan.

The selected students will be trained by a team of specialized professors from the United States for two weeks.
